Allen L. Kracower & Associates was retained to prepare a master re-development plan for the entire campus to address the lack of cohesiveness between existing buildings and future developments.

New plantings, plazas and courtyards were created to provide students and faculty with a variety of experiences as they move throughout the campus. Courtyards consist of concrete paving with exposed aggregate accents, limestone benches, pergolas and an outdoor amphitheater. New parking areas, walkways and revitalized buildings have helped strengthen the university's image.
