Our firm was retained to provide land planning services for a +/- 467 acre residential development (650 single-family homes and 160 townhomes). The design challenge of the project was to incorporate existing features of the property into the design. The major features incorporated were a large number of wetlands, a stone wall and a tree lined driveway into the center of the property.
