Allen L. Kracower and Associates was hired to prepare landscape plans for this project adjacent to the Chicago River. Allen L. Kracower and Associates was responsible for preparing plans that were approved by the City of Chicago along with a special interest group dedicated to the beautification of riverfront properties. ALKA also performed specimen plan material tagging and on-site supervision of the installation. This project went on to win several awards for the City of Chicago.
