Our client offered Allen L. Kracower & Associates a unique design opportunity for a 90 acre corporate headquarters serving both North and South America. Not only we were asked to prepare a detailed landscape design and assist with land planning, but our firm was asked to design a Japanese Garden.

The design implemented enhanced not only the proposed building but allowed for future expansion. The site amenities include existing wetlands, wooded areas, lakes, rolling topography and an extensive landscape installation.
