Drake Oak Brook Office Plaza, Oak Brook, IL

Allen L. Kracower was commissioned by the property owner to develop a new image for the outdated parking lot consisting of a parking deck and deteriorating planters. Our solution involved a complete renovation of the plaza with new pre-coat planters, lighting, ornamental railing and landscaping. All of the elements were carefully designed to compliment the existing building's architecture.
