Allen L. Kracower & Associates, Inc. was retained to undertake the initial master land planning for the  the 32 acre multi-use development complex. Land uses include multiple family residential, hotel, retail, office and restaurants. Allen L. Kracower and Associates also designed the developments' monument signage.
