Allen L. Kracower and Associates was retained to provide real estate consulting and landscape architectural services. Included in this was the design of the golf courses' entrance road which minimized the effect on the rolling topography with the use of ornamental plantings. ALKA also designed the formal entrance to the airport's main terminal.
